Re: Sountoys release Little Plate, free until 11/22/17
Yep. I've tried uninstalling it once Reason recognized it from my C: and re-installing it back on my storage drive (F: in this case) where my other VSTs are located, but alas, Reason fails to recognize unless installed to the default VST folder on C.

Re: Sountoys release Little Plate, free until 11/22/17
I got it to work by uninstalling the VST and re-installing it on my C: drive. For whatever reason, Reason doesn't recognize the VST if it is not on my main hard drive.

Re: Sountoys release Little Plate, free until 11/22/17
I installed the VST and everything, but when I opened Reason, I got an error (which I failed to capture - my mistake) and realized I had not activated Little Plate to my computer via iLok. I did so and no longer receive the error on start-up, but the VST isn't showing up either. Any tips?

Does anyone know if the M-Audio Axiom AIR Mini 32's transport controls work with Reason? What about the directional pad: does it allow you to browse patches with the controller if you're in the browser?

Best Portable Keyboard?
Has anyone purchased a portable keyboard recently? I'm thinking something that could fit in a backpack? Rotary knobs + transport controls are a plus. Just wondering what folks over here like to use.

Re: Add Ability to Rename Audio Outputs
This also seems like it's tied to this request as well: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7499017.
Basically, we'd like to see inputs and outputs of devices renamed dynamically to match the signal chain, whether it be audio, CV, or automation?

Re: An Experiment!
Man, I haven't thought to do this in Reason. I used to make installations like this with Max/MSP back when I was in school, and know that program is the best for these kinds of projects. Actually, the Max integration into Ableton LIVE is the most tempting feature luring me towards using that softwar...

Re: I heart Selig Leveler
The only thing that ~might~ help out with the visuals, is a graphical display similar to one on Page 6 of the manual. I found that to be particularly illuminating. Maybe even just a sample diagram on the back? I'm not speaking to the amount of work this would take to implement, since I'm no RE devel...

I love this RE so much and use it all the time for sound design and leveling out vocal takes for TV projects I work on.

eXode & Blamsoft are the best! Thanks for the update on the update. I will always purchase every product from Blamsoft after they gave me the best customer support I've encountered with a software developer!

Wow. Thorough indeed. I read about a quarter of it before I decided I should get back to work. Luckily, I'm a sound designer - so perusing literature like this can count as "research."

Re: The Dual Arpeggio? Has it replaced the RPG-8 for you?
The RPG-8 still has some pretty great features, particularly automation and routing of velocity, that I still use frequently (the old granular trick in Reason pre-Grain and REs was to use the velocity knob to control the start position of a sample in the NN19 which was routed to mod its start time v...

Haven't tried it, but I saw it was on sale today and checked out the videos. Seems pretty usable for having pretty minimal controls. Seems like it can do some nice out-of-the-box exciting! https://www.waves.com/plugins/scheps-parallel-particles?utm_source=wnletter&utm_medium=email&utm_content=gui&ut...

1. Yep!
2. Should not - I haven't had any problems!
3. If you sign up, you will most likely get a link within a few days, though maybe it's open now and you will get the link immediately.
Good luck and have fun,
Joe

Re: REASON/RECORD WONT WORK
I'm sorry for your loss. It must take a lot to return to his and/or your music and this program. I would contact Propellerhead for support but these guys are right. Reason 4 was not compatible with Record. I believe Reason 6 was the first to support Record, but I believe by 6.5 both Record and Reaso...

Subscription Question: Can You Choose Throughout the Month?
I have a quick question regarding the new Rack Extension subscription model that I could not find a clear answer to on the props page or throughout the forums so I figured I'd post a new thread in case anyone else was looking for the same answer. When selecting which REs to use in your bundle, must ...
