Noob Question Alert: Which Effect have Mono Retrig, Mono Legato and Polyphonic (also the different amount of polyphony) on the Sound in Thor?

Hi,
i have the problem that the two samplers in reason play the original sample faster and faster the higher the notes are and slower and slower the deeper the notes are..How can i fix that?

I turned down all the polyphony settings, but id doesn't help! I think its the pitch but I'm not sure.. and no its not my Tutorial. Btw this also happens if i have just one osc. I used a lowpass Ladder filter from thor, with 3 multi oscs at different octaves. Low decay and sustain at the filter env, low frequency at the filter for the "plucky sound", no resonance. here:

So, if i have for example a plucky synth going on. And i have set the notes in the sequencer,couple 1/8th notes in a row, their Sounds slightly differ from each other. How can i fix that?
