Not much discussion about the actual sound of Parsec2 here! I've just upgraded and really like it. But one thing I find is that the levels are very inconsistant. In Malstrom you can sync the Mod A and Mod B LFOs to 16/4 which is 4 bars innit? Should sync with any bpm.

Really I think the answer is NO as Reason (which fully contains Record) covers all the basics very well*. Sure there may be some devices in RE format that you prefer but all the stock units do what you need to take car about rushing out to buy tools you don't really know you need. *I will make one ...
