Re: Need your thoughts and feedback

Hey guys, Just a quick update and another big thanks to everyone who has shown their support. Development is coming along nicely. An alpha version is nearly ready for people to try out. The main dashboard is pretty much locked in, minus some of third party import integrations( dropbox, google drive,...

Need your thoughts and feedback

Hey everyone! Man, it has been awhile... Just recently upgraded my copy of Reason and loving Europa and VST's!!!!! It's great to be back and coming up for air after two babies, changing diapers, and all that stuff. I'm so looking forward to reconnecting with all my fellow prop forums OG's, meeting a...

Re: Detune Little LFO

Heres the Reason Combinator and sylenth1 patch. It was just some random sylenth1 sound design tutorial I found on youtubes and thought, hey.. I wonder how close reason could come to this. Its not some badass patch from sylenth1 or anything, just the tut I found and ran with it. This is the version u...

Re: Detune Little LFO

the minimum 4 voices unison offered made me ditch. OK, I might have a better solution then: http://i.imgur.com/nIAi5nV.png I've only shown the connexion for one osc here for clarity. Plug the output of a CV generator (Aftermath Audio's CV8X4 CV Generator, pictured here, is free) into the "freq" inp...

Re: Detune Little LFO

This might sound silly, but why don't you just output each LittleLFO osc to a UN16 Unison: http://i.imgur.com/YMOXluy.png ...and then merge them back with a line mixer? Even though the signal flow is different, I think it would yield a very similar result, and you could set the detune amount/voices...

Does Thor have Retrigger?

Does thor have a osc waveform re-trigger option? so everytime you hit a key, the osc starts from the beginning of the osc waveform instead of where it left off when you released. For example, sylenth1 has Retrigger and Phase The Retrigger button can be used to force all voices to start at the exact ...

Re: Detune Little LFO

Thanks for your help man. I tried using thor again and the detune adjustment there is for sure closer. The challenge here is obviously going to be they are different synths so they will sound different (shOckEr!), but also the units of measurement sylenth1 and reason devices use are different aswell...

Re: Detune Little LFO

To make four oscillators in LittleLFO you need to have them all on and make sure the LFO frequency sources for all of them say 'keyboard' then change the amount of semitone offset for each oscillator that you want. Yeah done.. I tried that, didn't sound the same the sylenth1 osc detune amount is 1....

Re: Detune Little LFO

Yeah I tried that and it didn't sound right.. Let me give a little more detail as there might be more I am not understanding. I'm trying to convert a patch from sylenth1 vst to reason. The thor osc's were a little random and the osc controls didn't have enough (for lack of a better word) "resolution...

How would I go about detuning an osc on LittleLfo? Trying to learn a "little" (heh heh) about sound design/synthesis. EDIT* heres a little more info from a further post. ssd and reason

Good evening guys, I know I'm a bit late, but I finally snagged a ssd drive for my OS drive. Now I know awhile back the big topic surrounding ssd's was limiting the writes. I'm pretty much thinking, f it... there are tons of reason users running around with ssd's, and I haven't heard any horrible st...

Calling all Rack Extension Developers

Simply put.. I want to create rack extensions.. I know that Propellerheads doesn't just let anyone who downloads the sdk make and distribute RE's, but instead you have to have a company. Does anyone know exactly the process in getting setup to qualify as a RE developer? Can you use the RE's you make...
