You are asking the wrong people. Only someone in Propellerhead support can answer that. Log in to the props site and raise it as a support ticket.

Hi, I accidentally purchased a lot of RE that was missing in a song Someone sent me. I thought it was set to trial but it was set to purchased using my Stored Credit Card. If I contact Props costumer service and ask for a refund would they honor my request? is there a refund Policy?

Reason looks like shit on my 4k monitor. TOO SMALL at 100% scaling and TOO BLURRY even at 150% scaling. I will not update to a new version of Reason until they fix UI SCALING.

So far Reason 10 update looks disappointing. However It was said the same about Reason 9 and then we all got excited when Reason 9.5 was released.
