Recycle is absolutely worthwhile you can chop stuff up much more quickly and easily. I would NEVER pay full price though, check KVR classified and ask around here, I paid under 50 for my license transfer.

The RV7000mkii factory bank is the first and often last place I look for a reverb.

After that Synapse Fat Space gets pretty regular use as a room reverb, the rest are used more rarely.

Big fan of reason bass and pianos. RDK sounds great but I don't like trying to mix inside the crazy combinators. I don't need super real drums in my productions though, if you do probably worth a buy.

I would like an RE sampler somewhat similar to TAL sampler (because I much prefer REs.) It should be easy to program and sound good. I want to take my license off my stick and use it on my PC instead (extra USB slot.) What happens to the license if my computer breaks? I've gone through a few over the years.

Drums is cool but I hate the format, I want to wire up redrum and Kong kits myself, not a fan of nnxt drums. Never use it.

Bass is great, so is pianos.

I use 8 pads and rarely have a problem. Most Kong kits have kicks and snares at the bottom 8 and percussion spread out, and you make your own kits with the pads in mind.

If you're a big chopped sample user go for 16 pads for sure though, you want all your chops at your fingertips.

My go to lately has been the patch "vox stay clear" from rv7000mkii factory bank download as a send. I always dial the decay back and sometimes mess with high damp and high eq, I don't find I need to get under the hood with this patch usually.

Are you making money on music? If so they are an investment, if not they are not an investment because you can't sell them. They're yours til you die or propellerhead folds, whichever happens first.

I have 5 send effects, a master routed pretty extensively, a kong with outputs routed to mixer channels and hooked up to propulsion.

Modecca, I use izotope tpain effect when I want super exaggerated autotune vocals.

Arturia SparkLE works great with redrum, basically a roland TR hardware redrum interface, second hand spark LE are cheap but if you got cash for spark2 software+controller it's pretty cool.
