Well I still think it's a breach of copyright. Were I on a jury I would interpret it that way, but anyway...

Re: Converting Logic Pro X library into NN-XT
Convert for personal use, once you start to "Share" you are into a different ball game. Besides sharing without the samples leaves the receiver needing the original samples, exact folder names and sitting in the same directory on their machine plus each patch will need individual re-marriage to sam...

Re: Line 6 amps - the reason why they were removed?
When Line 6 first announced they were providing access to a portion of their tone library, they also offered two ways to expand the selection of patches (which included guitar, bass, synth and vocal tones): If you used a Line 6 audio interface, you would have all of the licensed Pod Farm patches av...

Re: Video support for Reason
I do a fair bit of video stuff. But for me video in Reason is far from a priority. I'm usually doing audio in Reason & exporting for use in a video editing suite where I'm adding video to it. If it was the other way around i.e. adding music to video, then a video player / timeline in Reason would b...

Re: Video support for Reason
Wasn't there a survey by the Propellerheads about a possible video support? Anyway, A basic video support to see a video and doing music for the video would be cool. I could then add sound fx to some happenings in the video 100% preciesly. Audio features are important too, but the audio feature dem...

Re: Video support for Reason
Video sync is an audio requirement if you want to mix audio for video or make music or sound design for video. Well, I guess you'd use a tool that's designed to do such things, instead of tacking on video to a music production tool. What like ProTools, Ableton Live, Cubase, Studio One, Digital Perf...

Re: RE: Re: Fighting with Reason
Yeah it's with vocals that it's the most problematic. Just won't sit right. Very hard to describe. WIll be too loud one second, adjust and it's too soft. This is exactly why you would use things like a compressor and/or a de-esser. That's with compressors on buddy... That's with constant adjustment...

Re: Balance's Clip Safe mode
Right after I say that I want it :( The truth hurt I guess. It was not meant like that at all! Features that are aimed at noobs can also be used by pro's. :) What I mean to say is that it's basically a simpel "hardware" solution for something that can be done in the software itself in quite a simpl...

Re: Fighting with Reason
To be clear, the FIRST Reason file had midi triggered instruments, and a virtual amp - the virtual amp cancelled out the print of the guitar part though, interestingly. But the synths didn't. The snare (being triggered by midi) didn't, but the kick drum did null out. There are discrepancies between ...

Regarding dynamics or pan laws or anything like that...are you talking just importing the vocal and doing absolutely nothing to it? I've had a similar feeling when importing a piano wav from FL Studio (using the Korg M1 vst) into Reason and at first I'm like, does this sound different. After a bit ...
