Utilities - Robotic Bean Select CV Switch.
Alright, so Robotic Bean has a gem of a utility that I frequently abuse (Select CV Switch), but I can't seem to locate one for the inverse. (1 in, 8 outs with a selector, etc)
If there's something I'm overlooking, please let me know.

Re: player device - keys/chords - how to alternate chords
I think a lot of issues (in different situations) would be solved if prop-h would give us more than one custom scale.

Re: Live streams. Post-Europa/ Pre-Grain.
I never once stated that I had expected someone to see a comment, nor did I explicitly state that I had left one at all. Repeatedly, I called for Ryan and Mattias to combine Europa and show us what the programmer will give us, but was ignored each time. It wouldn't have taken longer than a minute f...

Re: Live streams. Post-Europa/ Pre-Grain.
All automatable parameters are always available in the Combinator, as far as I know. The stream mentioned that nearly everything is automatable. The envelope points are not, but you can control the envelope speed. Well regarding the Combinator, I think it can be implied that any parameter that can ...

Re: Live streams. Post-Europa/ Pre-Grain.
To be fair, they didn't go in depth with the mod matrix either. Absolutely agreed. Yet another thing that could've been covered in less than a minute. A simple click and scroll for sources and destinations would've sufficed. That said, as previously implied, my observation is that the mod matrices ...

Re: Live streams. Post-Europa/ Pre-Grain.
Given how many points there are in the envelopes, I'm not so sure about controlling sustain/delay/attack with the programmer. I know this can be done with other synths like eXpanse, but with eXpanse it is much more basic. I was just giving an example of something I do frequently with Thor. Another ...

Live streams.
Can presenters be sure to cover available modulation sources/ destinations in both the combinator programmer and mod matrices in future device-centric live streams?
Please/ Thanks.

I'm assuming, by the lack of discussion regarding continued VST GUI lag, I must be experiencing user error. Weird.

I'm going to temporarily take off my Propellerhead name tag and go back to being the Reason user I was/am... Just so we're keeping score the "big one" would be curved automation? It's not two new cutting edge synths that make sounds nobody else makes? It's... curved automation? I mean, I'll echo my...

Re: Reason 10 announced!
Although I'd still love a gate input for one-shot envelope use! Please! Can't be that hard! I'm highlighting ^this, because we need far more of these small, but clever additions. Joins the likes of: - Scale modulation in the Combinator Programmer. - A separate Thor sequencer utility. (I'm definitel...

- Still no combinator update. - Still no sample loading for malstrom. - No word on further VST development. (Getting utilies to work/ Eliminating lag in the VST window, etc.) - No word on multi-channel midi support. Prop-H 2017: Hey, we just gave them VST support so everyone's just purchased a load ...

Re: Be honest, do you use presets often?
Depends on the synth. If I'm not familiar with the architecture of a device, quality presets (for studying) are invaluable. Presets have very rarely found themselves into final products, though there've been a couple instances that I can think of where the deadline was nigh, and I had to move fast. ...

How come we need to re-check "Open in Low Resolution mode" after each boot? I haven't noticed a big change in CPU usage, but it is nice to not have such a severe lag when scrolling around the program. Additionally, I'm really quite surprised we still haven't gotten an update since the official launch.

Re: Combinator 2 :)
An idea I had awhile back is rather than having to deal with a finite number of possible CV inputs -- what if the programmer source/ destination drop downs populated with any source/ destination available in the combined devices? Add to that an unlimited number of slots and I think we'd be set. Oh y...

No clue why the OP isn't asking for a zoomable rack before ^this.
Still a bit of a non-issue for me as I just [control + scroll] to zoom in if/ when desired.

blocks are great to sketch out ideas and the overriding in song mode is brilliant. wish the blocks list dropdown was a little better though (duplicate a block and reorder list functionality)

Re: Scales & Chords RECORDER
Interesting... Sounds like randomization is what you're after. As far as modulation goes in that case, use the pitch wheel as the modulator. It's values aren't locked into 127. That might accomplish what you want. It's not so much that I want to stop you from wanting to stretch Reason. I'm sure you...

Re: Scales & Chords RECORDER
The Player only has 14 slots including custom which solves the 127 resolution issue I wasn't talking about choosing the scale menu as a destination. As it currently sits, you can choose the "custom scale" itself as a destination for modulation within a combinator. It then gives you a combination of...

Re: Scales & Chords RECORDER
You can create your own scales and save as a patch. I only see one entry labeled "Custom" in the drop down scale menu. I'd like at least <insert large arbitrary number> of them. I do know that, once combined, you can choose "Custom Scale" as a destination to modulate -- which provides you with 4095...
