Just wanted to get an idea of what genre of music/production you guys/gals think the next new rack extension should be created to excel at? I know any great re will be just great for any genre given the producers skills, but just curious what you guys think..... Dubstep, trap, house, rock, scoring, ...

There are some strings pads included (not mainly) .....but there are also a bunch of new violins and large string sections with of course large sections and medium sized brass sections included as well.

gui skin-ability......this would make reason unstoppable and refills would be resurrected to rival rack extensions!

This is a clear no brainer. Mac. I run windows os and mac os on my mac using bootcamp so I have the best of both worlds, but you can't run mac os on a pc....... The audio quality is the same with a pc but the Mac will run faster, smoother, and no viruses. i'm typing this on my PC running 10.10.4 ht...

Don't believe him, he's trying to sell you a more expensive product for more commission. Ask him what version of reason he has and what rack extension he has tested side by side so we can expose him.

I'd say learn the Thor in and out.

It has tremendous potential and I have yet to find a synth sound it is not capable of recreating. The power of it comes when you learn how to program the modulation matrix.
