All connected OK in preferences but the control surface doesn’t work with any Reason device. No response to pads in any device and the knob...

I'm on a Windows machine.
When I try to set up my Akai MPK Mini mk3 everything works except for the pads which are not responding.

I already installed Reason on a MacBook but got the same error.
