No. Suite is a RE bundle, marketed as an upgrade. You will keep the RE:s when you buy the regular upgrade version to Reason 12.

In my opinion, RS made a mistake in how they named and marketed it - because it's so different to how other software upgrades work. So much confusion caused.

The best and most compact midi controller for Reason is the OP-1. It's insanely well implemented mapping.

I've upgraded to every version *and* Record, since 2.5. They've got me now. I don't see myself ever quitting Reason.

On Mac, in Applications, Reason 10 is a folder (with the app inside, among other things). Reason Suite 11 is an app.

It's not obvious to me where old files go, but I have been able to migrate my oh so important template files at least.

I can't find a support article that covers this.

This year is the first time I'm on the fence, and that's mostly because of money issues. I have to really consider if it's worth it. So I'll demo Scenic, and if I find it really inspiring, I'll buy Suite. If not, I'll probably not upgrade at all. I don't need any of the features 11 brings, not reall...

2i2 seems to be the most popular starter interface. I'd go with that one.

Move the original samples in that Samples folder, reload the patch, it will ask you to relocate the samples, point it to the Samples folder, and re-save your patch inside your Refill folder. I agree it's a hassle the first time, but once you've gone through it, you don't make the same mistake twice...

That's exactly what I did! Too bad I wasn't able to make that clear. But do you mean I need to not draw the pattern changes exactly on a bar, or this stuttering will happen?
