REs that are worth EVERY PENNY spent.

Candidates so far: Synapse verb... I may be mistaken, and I am certainly not bashing Synapse (they are an amazing company and put out great products), but to my ear they used the same Reverb algorithm for Synapse DR-1 Verb that actually comes programmed into Synapse's Antidote synth. Better yet, yo...

Haas Mixer in the shop

So, being a utility, what's the best way to hook this up for the effect? (being already sold on the idea and wanting to use it)

REs that are worth EVERY PENNY spent.

@selig  @thread: Haven't bought a single one yet, but kuassa creme is the only on that is MUST buy. Candidates so far: Synapse verb, the SA16 chorus and autoarp. I got so many cool ones for free just buying reason I can't say enough about. It's worth mentioning "rotor" for guitarists. Can't go...

Haas Mixer in the shop

Hmmm. Also, I can't seem to access their site so not sure if there is a manual. Don't remember seeing anything in the viddy about how to connect.

I can't figure out how to route this for most thing. I had it working with kong with some creating routing but no luck with anything else.

What I want is to widen drums/synth/guitars. Is this a lousy idea?

I don't have a link, but if you do a search there is someone who did it. It's long and complex.

SA16-Chorus in the shop

echobode looks really cool, but what I like about SA-16 is it's a dedicated chorus. Also it's half the price, and is a good upgrade from the built-in chorus.

BTW, which of those viddys should everyone avoid, I think I'm too new to be overly selective :)

Is the prop shop down for anybody else?

Nope they are F@cked it is unintentional the website was down for hours too. Their provider has some issues. Message here says closed for maintenance, fwiw (and that they expect to be back up shortly). Wouldn't there be a 404 error if it was their provider having issues? :) That's what I get here.

I'm not ready to try this yet, but could be a very interesting way of mixing guitar parts imho.

I love that Ibanez.

Something is going on with compression there. Not sure what.

For the next major Reason 9 update how likely is...

Oh, it's too early for me being so new......but I'm game anyways :s0225:

In the short period of time, folders would be nice.

Double clicking the arrangement icon for the device being used opens the rack

Exploding takes to one track.

Groove application to audio.

One thing I noticed about the softube bass amp is it seems to sound pretty good if you turn off the cab.

auto-swell for guitar?

Pretty new to reason but haven't seen anything that will allow me to hit a chord and have it "swell" in.

Do I need an re or is there a trick somewhere with stock stuff (all that routing has to be good for something :)

SA16-Chorus in the shop

A quick play and it's a far cry from the built-in chorus. Probably very useful. Good price. I wish it had a width control (doesn't really work using reasons w/c for a mono chorus)

Softube Guitar Amp RE

I was able to coax some decent sounds out of it. For lead stuff with a bit of eq you can get a nice tone. Also, I put a screamer in front and got a really nice strat/neck tone.

But the Kuassa is better :)

Selig Leveler

I found a new purpose for the Leveler, as a Bass Rider.  Waves has a specific vst for this kind of application I know Giles himself doesn't share my thoughts about automatic bass volume riding but in my experience with Metal music it helps to get an even bass sound, in that regard most Metal is a b...
