Two standing so I get the whole SSL mixer without having to scroll up and down and as many REs as possible to the left.

Re: It seems that Hyperthreading on eats all my CPU
Back in the days when I worked with High Performance Computers there were workloads that behaved exaclty lika Reason do with Hyper Threading on, specially workloads across many CPUs and with low latency network interconnect. Solution, turn HT off. I just turned off HT on my Ryzen 5900x and now it is...

That use case is simply fixed by using a combinator? Or am I missing anything?

Re: Is it possible to do remixes with Reason?
From my perspective if you would like to change tempo or edit the vocals Reason totally owns Ableton Live in sound quality.
The rest of the remix is depending on how you like to work.

Re: CPU usage and R12 crashs
When I use my combinator guitar patch in reason 12 I got weird sound dropouts and crackles and I don't see any CPU spikes or something like that. There is no such problem in reason 11 with the same patch. Are you looking at your computers resource manager? Because Reasons DSP meter tells me that it...

Re: CPU usage and R12 crashs
I have a supportticket about this too. Normal DSP level in Reason 11 and 12 but 12 uses in fact roughly 50% more CPU in Windows resource manager. Its been like this since I got 12 with + subscription. This new CPU ”feature” have stopped med from using 12. I have all drivers like graphics and soundca...

Re: Behringer X touch One compatible with Reason 10.2???
I tried to use Softube Console 1 but it needs a automation lane for every channel in order to work. Is it the same with the X-Touch? then your doing it wrong I use Console 1 all the time and have it linked to the mixer I would like to choose channel via sequenser and use the Console 1 to control th...

Re: Behringer X touch One compatible with Reason 10.2???
The Jaexx map is working using The bigger X-touch controllers. For a full function with X-touch One to Reasons SSL mixer you must use my special mapping. Check out the youtube clip. It works for the Reason 11 aswell. Contact me if you want the map. https://youtu.be/nTL_rF4i6tM. I tried to use Softu...

I would love to use a controller like the SSL. But I suppose it will work as the Softube Console 1 and that workflow does not work for me. Pity

Re: Your first Hardware Synthesizer & Reason!
I have always had hardware synths. The only synth I actually use together with Reason is my old Moog and I just record it straight into the soundcard. I have a few hardware synths none is modern so I use MIDI to sequence them. I use my Kurzweil K2600XS when I play a pianoplugin due tot he fact it is...

Re: Softube Console 1 as MIDI controller for the SSL mixer
I have tried to work with Console 1 and Reason. No, it is not making my mixing easier. Pity, I like the unit but the reason why I bought it was to make it more easy to handle large projects. With Console 1 it will be harder to manage complex mixes. Managing a 40 channel mix with console 1 will unfur...

Yes! You can only use one channel at a time. For switching channels, please check out https://forum.reasontalk.com/viewtopic.php?p=437512#p437512 Aaah , thanks. It creates an automation track in the sequencer. Now it works but I will have double amount of tracks in the sequencer. Well well Thanks!

Re: Softube Console 1 as MIDI controller for the SSL mixer
I got a Console 1 now. In Reason 11.3.8 I got it working with only one channel at the time. I cant switch channel without locking to the specific channel in mixer.
I would like to select channel in the sequencern.
Any ideas?
