(Trip Hop?, Electro?, I don't know) Monster
My latest track. Inspired by Propellerhead's Video "Trip Hop Drums: Super Neat Beat Cheat Sheet" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9M5FPEiStE I took the drum pattern from this video and sampled strings and snare from potishead. Vocals and guitar from stock material. Some sounds from Studiologic Sledge...

Re: Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
Hi Lizard,
no, delta doesn't work at all.
But could you explain for me how "value" is defined in the documentation?
And what do the three coulmns Value1, Value2, and Value3 mean?
However, I also think that it is impossible to define a button as a toggle button.
Thanks,
Markus

Re: Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
Hi everybody. Lizard : I tried what you suggested and this is the effect: when I press the button on the controller the assigned switch on the reason instrument gets activated. And it stays activated, even after releasing the button!! The only problem is: I cant deactivate it by pressing the hardwar...

Re: Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
I'm using the standard remote map for the category "<Other> MIDI Cntrol Surface". It's called "MIDI Controller.remotemap" and you can find it here (on a windows computer): C:\ProgramData\Propellerhead Software\Remote\Maps\Other I don't know which standard codec is used for this category. I also crea...

Re: Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
Hi siln, I think it's a matter of the hardware controller. My Alesis Midi-keyboard has a number of buttons that work as toggle buttons. Since my keybpard is using one of the general "other"-profiles this can't be due to the codec or the remote map. Instead I assume that the button simply sends a con...

Re: Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
Hi Ijekio and Lizard. Thanks a lot to both of you!! Lizard: I tried to replace the white Space in the 5th column (Mode) with TOGGLE or TRIG but always got an error on loading the map. With TOGGLE it said "Unknown command" and with TRIG it said "Unknown mode". Ijeko: I managed to have both files (the...

Re: Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
You can swith the message of the buttons with the editor from "note" to "cc". And you can set any button to any cc value. The problem is, it sends a constant cc value as long as it is pressed. Otherwise it sends nothing.

Re: Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
Hi ljekio,
that's excatly what I expected. Unfortunately I can't change the button behavior in the controller's editor (it's a cheap AKAI Midimix - but the knobs and faders do their job).
But still, could anyone explain the function of "scale" and "mode" in remote maps?
Thanks,
Markus

Remote Map: how to define a button as toggle button?
Hi. I just created my first remote map and it works. The only problem: there are buttons on my controller that I would like to work as toggle buttons: push once: on. Push again: off. At the moment they work differently: pushed: on. Released: off. What can be controlled in the columns "scale" and "mo...

Re: Looking for Pluck Sounds
Yes, you're absolutely right. When I found these I started looking in the libraries of all other reason instruments and realized there are no pluck sounds. That's why I'm asking if there are any extra refills or wav-collections with plucks that I can buy.
Thanks anyway,
Schneepart

Looking for Pluck Sounds
Hi.
I'm looking for a collection of synth pluck sounds. Could be a reason refill or just a collection of wav-files.
All I can find so far are refills with only some pluck sounds among many other sounds. Is there any dedicated pluck sound refill or collection?
Thank you,
Schneepart
