I got my P6. Reason cannot find it. Tried registering on Nektar site to get firmware + drivers. Cannot login with the created account (invalid password).

E-mailed Nektar support.

I guess easier way of putting it; Is it possible to provide OS-platform specific optimizations inside REs?

So many people still posting about VST vs REs performances. They don't seem at all directly comparable to me, but it got me wondering... How much of the efficieny do REs lose against VSTs because they're multiplatform? And how much because of their Reason specific complexity? How limiting is the SDK...

I have no idea but that sounds like a hardware problem...? Have you contacted Nektar and tried to get it physically fixed?

Cool that you found a workaround though, you coded it yourself?

Hello, I'm getting P6 next month and I was wondering about these remote maps. Is there a global file with all of the remote maps or do I have to manually add the remote maps for all Rack Extensions I'm planning to use?

Kinda cool but I'm starting to really dislike their own plugins just because they use these same tricks and sounds (and all the Manipulator processed vocals just sound the same) on just about every song.

I'm sorry for your problems, LA, hope you get them solved. I'm not trying to spruce up anything. I was serious about your trying Bootcamp and Windows on the same hardware. It would be a handy way to test if this is OS or hardware related problem. (Edit: You mentioned 9.2. There's also 9.2.2 available)
