Re: Propellerhead shop / login
Sorry to pull this up, but the problem described above is still there: I can view the propellerhead homepage and the shop. As soon as I log in with my user account (which works fine) and try to access the shop, I get an error page (see first post). Now this problem is urgent, because I cannot upgrad...

Re: Propellerhead shop / login
Network is not the problem - tried it through different networks. I opened a ticket with the props 20th of May, no response (well, I got an auto-reply with the case number). So I thought I ask here if other people have similar problems. How long does it usually take to get a response? Props will be ...

Re: Propellerhead shop / login
Tried that, thank you. Even used different browsers and different devices - same behavior on iPad.eauhm wrote:I haven't seen this myself. Maybe you can try clearing all propellerhead.se related cookies? Try a different browser?
If it works fine with your account, I think it might be a problem with my account?

Propellerhead shop / login
Hi all, I have a problem with the propellerhead shop: If I use the propellerheads.se website without being logged in, I can access the shop. As soon as I'm logged in, I get the error message "Error. Something went wrong, please try reloading the page." I tried different browsers and different device...

Re: iCloud Drive?
An even easier way to replace step 2 would be to go to the relevant folder with the finder, then drag the blue folder symbol at the top of the window into the 2nd column of the Reason browser.

Re: iCloud Drive?
1. Create a folder in you iCloud drive (e.g. "Reason songs" or "ReFills"). 2. Use the Reason browser to go to your home folder / Library / Mobile Documents / iCloud Drive / … (your folder name). 3. Add this folder to your favorite list within the Reason browser (just move it with the mouse to the le...

Re: Reason SLL mixer full control with Mackie MCU Pro - IT WORKS!
Did anybody ever try the SSL Nucleus with Reason? Should work like the MCU plus some extra features and a very nice sound interface, according to the documentation. Would love to hear some real life experience about this device.

Synapse Fat Space In THE SHOP
Love this device! Very useful if you have a singer who finishes a song in two different locations: One slightly reverberant space, other one bone-dry singing booth. Very helpful to compensate the different spaces.

Korg Mono/Poly and Polysix
I owned both synth as hardware back in the days. Still love the PolySix, especially for strings and ease of use. Sure the MonoPoly is more versatile, but they are different enough to own both IMHO.

8.2 - best place to put refills? (+where to find soundbanks)
On my mac, I created a folder "ReFills" under the "music"-folder, which is situated in the home folder "~". Works like a charm since version 3 or 4. I never put files into the app folder, as I understand this is not the idea of a Unix folder structure.

KING VOCAL EFFECTS CHAIN!!!
Another question is whether the order is pretty much a personal choice or is there kind of an accepted order, always eq and then compress, (or the reverse, I don't know) or is this also a creative choice in terms of what kind of a sound one wants? I think this is a creative choice. However, I tend ...

KING VOCAL EFFECTS CHAIN!!!
Interesting thread! IMHO, every vocal talent deserves their very own custom vocal chain, depending on voice, style / type of music, experience (how to handle proximity effect and own voice), room (dry / live), pre-amp, gain etc. However, I love the idea of comparing different vocal chains for some ...

How do i get this grainy reverb effect?
Sounds like a plate to me - try a redrum or kong with the sample "stikclick-02.wav" (found in the FSB), attach a RV7000 with preset "ALL 1st Plate", adjust to 50% wet.

Hi Masushi, the original version of Sanctuary was only partly done in Reason. The current version is 100% Reason - again, with a final touch using some old outboard digital units (EQ, compressor). We like it much better than the first version. In case you are interested, a pic of the instruments uti...

Mobile software/playing live thread
Great thread!
I use Thor and Moog Filtatron for live gigs. Rock solid apps.
Moog Animoog and Korg iMS-20 are my favorite toys to waste time on a train atm.
If you use Reason and own an iPad, "rsTouch" is a must-have imho.

@eusti: I forgot to mention a MonoPoly and some other things. Just looked it up - we did not use any samples, not even for fx like thunder. Here is a screenshot of the instruments in case you're curious.

Thank you for your nice comments. @eusti: The current version of Unveiling is done exclusively in Reason. The main lead is Antidote (strings) plus Viking through Pulveriser (grumpf). Main bass is Polysix. Live, I add some bass on a Moog LP through a bucket brigade delay and some synth strings with T...
