I'd say it's "hyper-intuitive"! Great advice, works like a charm, and is something I'd venture every engineer that worked in the analog era knew without even realizing it… I love closing my eyes and listening when making changes - helps keep me from being fooled (at least most of the time). ;) Haha...

Here are my custom patches. Again, they're really REALLY simple, and any EQ/COMP was done on the SSL. Also, as they did in the 80s (so I hear) put reverb on EVERYTHING. miscellaneous things - I used a TR-707 kick and a DrumTraks snare with gated reverb, Simmons toms (my fav), and perc from random 8...

Just saw I had to download their "Waves Central" stuff. Thought they had some VSTs I could try out and pop into my Steinberg/VST folder in Reason. What gives? I think its their way of cutting back on pirated software, waves used to be easily passed around for free... but anyways , love having waves...

I used to think something similar, until i noticed the volume slider for sample previewing in the browser.. my fix was just turning it down.. as well as sometimes turning up the level in the nn's in kong , sometimes they seem quiter but its just how kong works i supposse... no biggie really imo

Yea Waves AudioTrack worked fine a few days ago... I'm recording a vocal today and I go to look for my Waves plug and it just disaapeared, can't find it at all . Now I've been trying for a few hours to reinstall audiotrack but it's not even showing up in my authorizer, so I'm not sure what's going...
