Speaking as someone who is absolutely content with R12, version 13 really doesn't seem to be earth-shattering in its offerings.
The new tools seem handy, Ripley great if you don't have anything comparable, but the Sequencer and Browser seem like they should've been an update, not an upgrade.

I have a refill from 2005 called 'ReBirth RB-338 ReFill.rfl' which has a load of Combis along with the original Rebirth sounds and patterns. I'm not sure who put it together but it's really good.

This is still my go-to for 808 & 909 sounds.
