Returning to Reason after a few years OTB, 2nd day Companion hanging, servers down

I always use Carbon Copy Cloner & clone the disk to an external drive before I apply any OS updates. This way I can roll back in about 30 mins. It's a fairly cheap solution (external HDs are quite cheap nowadays) & very user friendly.

I am selling my Nekatar Panorama P4. It is in immaculate/mint condition.

In this case, assuming the kick frequency doesn't move, you can get far more precise results with a simple dynamic EQ setup (RE or Combinator), which will have a more precise frequency response (potentially more narrow as well), control over the exact dB level being ducked, and a much faster respon...

I am a software developer & am used to those sorts of books. When I was first learning Reason I really got on with Reason 4 Power by Michael Prager. He has one for Reason 7, which should have enough to get you going & you will then find your way round the new features of Reason 8  http://www.amazon....

Just trialing it. Pretty good selection, even of reasonably obscure artists. Sound quality seems better than any other streaming service that I've heard, but it still seems lacking to me. I usually play through Pure Audio 2 or Audirvana Plus, into my Duet 2 through Equator Audio D5 and playing flacs...
