I'm not sure if you know this already, but you can't use Players as a standalone device. You have to add them to an already open instrument. If you are looking for the new drum machine Player you have to get it from the Propellerhead store as if you were buying an Rack Extension. Facepalm. I'm feel...

Did a quick'n dirty new install with the full installer - nothing changed. Did a reboot - nothing changed. At least I can see the FSB now again.

Positive. I wasn't asked for a re-log, there was no restart. Strange thing is that the old players are greyed out as well.

So... I used the internal update function, software and 3 GB FSB got downloaded. Now I can't see the FSB anywhere anymore, and I can't create players - they appear in the browser bar, but are greyed out in the context menu. Any ideas?

AFAIK Props support doesn't work 24-7, but Monday to Friday according to regular Swedish office hours (aprox. 9.00 to 17.00 Central European Time or CET+1 during the summer months).

I bought both VST. Synthmaster won't show up as an instrument in Reason; Synthmaster One gives me the gateway timeout error... Underwhelmed so far. Edit: Some time later... Got my first ever RE crash from this device while changing the treble knob. Also, pitch functionality seems to be not working all the time - most of the time I only seem get a pitched delay after sweeping the pitch knob back and forth by hand. I like the sound and basic concept though.

Working with an existing patch doesn't work that good for me - when I load a patch, I have to mutate it first, before I can do...
