If you have parsec try running different oscillators through the voice modifier then adding the softube saturation knob with a high setting. Make sure to modulate the position knob of the voice modifier and to be very gentle with formant changes. Most dubstep growl/vocal basses are not made this way...

A NI Massive rack extension may not ever exist but I've seen videos on youtube of it's wavetables sampled into Serum and Expanse is compatible with those. I'm not sure about copyright issues but if there isn't a conflict Massive could be roughly emulated.

Expanse all the way. Zero can make some great sounds but I found Expanse to be a lot more fun to program. It is amazing at creating a wide range of sounds but I probably created close to a hundred dubstep basses just during my trial. As soon as I can afford it I'm snatching it up!

I love the CF 101! It is wonderful for getting things to sound metallic and unnatural when then mod is zero and the feedback way up. It is a must have for unique percussion and robotic basses! As far as a general chorus though... eeek!
