Not that I know of. For example I don't think you can draw in an automation curve and then say you want it to control something else (other than whatever parameter you are automating). Maybe I misunderstood something, but you can easily control CV from the sequencer or a midi controller. Starting from Thor to Lolth and CV8X4 and many many more...
