Thank you all for your support and kind words.
It's been a couple of weeks since was online here, and I will probably not visit much in the future, if at all.
All the best to all of you and keep your music evolving!

Hamu RE continues with new owner
Dear community and customers! I regret to inform you that my days off developing Rack Extensions is over, due to permanent and degrading health problems (ALS). To ensure availability in the shop, and continued support, I have made an agreement with Propellerhead to hand over my products to Jörg Künn...

Re: Introducing Reasonistas' Website
Great site Noel! Only noticed that sorting the inventory by price or release date isn't quite what one would expect. Seems the sorting is handling the values as text, so that e.g. sorting by price will consider "149 $" to be less than "15 $" etc. Hope you'll be able to fix this without too much trou...

Re: SW4-C update and price change
thanks Loque, but don't worry the sales were really higher than we expected ! In any case this is not about trying to make some extra sales but rather trying to avoid someone feeling like "hey that could have been a fun cv toy but not at that new price, and no warning this would happen" I like your...

For live transitions, you can also experiment with ModSlewer and any ModPanel (or Newtrol), working in a similar way as with SL-1.
Check out https://youtu.be/0FFoDTCTPKE for an illustration with a bunch of Subtractors.

Re: Combinator v2?
I know this has probably been talked to death, but searching I wasn't able to find any discussions. Are there any developers looking to create a new, more feature rich combinator? Is this even something that the RE SDK allows for (has the capability to produce)? Features I'd like to see: More butto...

Re: Shaping linear CV signal
Why was ReVolt removed from the shop? I don't get why the death of the developer would necessitate this. Not complaining, because I've got it - but it's such a cool device, a real shame not to be available any more for all those CV tweakers who came late to the party IIRC the Black & Orange RE's we...

Re: The Rack Extensions of your dreams?
Good one, and an interesting suggestion. In the vst world, for full functionality, multiple instances are talking to each other. Don't think re's can do that currently. Only by connecting cables to send and receive 'CV signals'. But CV levels can change hundreds of times per second and thus transmi...

Re: Poly CV - what happened?
Without hesitation Blamsoft sent me developer copies of the free Polymodular devices (no, not the complete source code ;), when I had some minor question about the PolyCV implementation. At the same time I agree with JP that it would've been even more transparent if it had been included in the devel...

Re: Poly CV - what happened?
@Auryn: With a Poly CV instrument, it's not necessary to have 8 separate outputs for the different voices, albeit that the Viking VO-1 has that solution. It would be enough to add the two sockets for PolyCV input (or a switch for already existing CV Gate&Note inputs), to give the instrument the abil...

Re: Poly CV - what happened?
So Blamsoft came out with a very clever mod to allow CV to carry polyphonic info, and then nobody else (including Propellerhead) bothered to support the standard. http://blamsoft.com/polycv/ That's pretty disappointing. I mean either PH should have officially adopted the system or at least some oth...

Re: CV Splitter Switch?
I'll make the exact thing you want with Hamu's Modselsor. I can upload it later today when I get back from work. It's quite simple, but there's quite a few CV connections to be made and several devices are required. But Modselsor is the only RE that is needed more than likely. That's great kloeckno...

Re: CV Splitter Switch?
I can relate to the idea of having a multi output switch controlled by a single widget. In my case I frequently use this to e.g.switch CV control between several instrument setups, so that only one instrument at the time will receive midi note events. This is much more CPU efficient than creating al...

Re: CV Splitter Switch?
Modselsor plus a CV rotary looks like the closest option although ideally I'd need a CV rotary that allows me to cap the output so as to select between 1-2 or 1-4 outputs rather than all 24. Again, I don't think this exists. Actually, the ModSelsor will adapt to the number of outputs you use; Plug ...

Re: CV Splitter Switch?
If you cannot find anything really straightforward, here's one solution. The ModSelsor can do this, splitting (or maybe 'distributing' is a better word) a CV signal to up to 24 different outputs. https://shop.propellerheads.se/product/modselsor-cv-selector-sensor/ However, since there's no switch wi...

a hamu synth? my ears are just morphing to a radiotelescope... Sorry, thala, you can RE-morph back to eras again. Re: Expected REs in august
It's going to be another $9 RE. The nice thing about it, is just about all the chip-level features that were available to programmers making music with this chip, are exposed via CV . So it pairs nicely with other modular synth REs. That's good news for CV nerds like me! (My bold) :puf_bigsmile:
