Re: Synplant 2 - Out now!
Hooboy, finally pulled the trigger on the Sonic Charge complete pack... Synplant 2 is freaking awesome. I've previously dabbled with the demo and made some sounds of my own. Now, it is basically a part of everything I do, it is just so... freaking awesome (like I mentioned earlier)

...and I just had a look at how I would like it and it seems that it ain't there anymore, macOS updates seem to have done away with it (on the latest, Ventura, 13.4.1) and the 64bit installer that I have for the paid version doesn't work anymore. Dang. I have zero interest in trying to install it ma...

Re: Ohmforce plugins - free
Oooh, nice! I bought Ohmicide back in the day and still love it (but rarely use it because the UI is somewhat painful to use, and the overall UX... yeah). It can certainly get you gnarly and interesting results if you put the effort in. I just wish they would develop and release an updated version, ...

(Electronic/Rock/Loud/whatever) Fog of War - Demo
A song I have been working on for a while now, finally getting it to gel together (nowhere near final though, still need to add vocals, etc.). All Reason, no VSTs, what can I tell you, it's a love affair... https://soundcloud.com/armsgrade/20230505-fog-of-war-no-vox-145bpm-lisaa-spiidii-edit?si=5c8c...

The "Celery and Wild Garlic" ambient track was recorded using ONLY sounds from Reason Studio's new modeling synthesizer. That was the self-imposed task! The track vernal Equinox by Jon Hassel from 1977 served as a reference piece. https://soundcloud.com/falkbossa/celery-and-wild-garlic?si=d404f41f8...

Re: What are you eating these days?
A large pot of cabbage soup was just recently bubbling away on the stove. One sweet onion, one red onion, two carrots, half a head of white cabbage, and potatoes (Finnish variety called Annabelle)... it might be my mind just tripping me but it is funny how sweet it actually tastes... and clean. Bog ...

The most interesting part of the factory video is the bit they edited out. That's the secret room where a row of child slaves remove the circuit boards from Behringer Model D's and attach them to $5000 front panels... Funny that... there still exist, in this world, people who are willing ...

For example, there are a ton of Thai and Vietnamese dipping sauces that are to die for. The spice must flow... The only downside of having and enjoying loads of differe...

Just made 2.5 cups of chimichurri... dayum, I love that stuff. Modified the following recipe with loads more garlic, chili, and also, cilantro (1 to 1 with parsley). And now one of my hands burns between the fingers because I didn't wear gloves when handling the chili. 😅 Oh well, it was worth it! 😂 ...

Re: Algoritm produce artifacts
Are you experiencing any other audio issues with Reason? Also, is there a factory Algoritm patch with which this could be reproduced? I had some issues with Reason playback that I fixed by limiting the number of threads to one or two (2021 MacBook Pro with an M1 Pro CPU). Might be worth a shot.

Payday treat (also making up for last Friday which was my sucky birthday), cooking a 4cm/1.8" thick ribeye steak (about a pound and a half) that has been quick marinated with fresh crushed & chopped garlic, and salt.
