Re: Tape Delays?
i will *echo* others here and say The Echo and it's breakouts are 1st class, for us Reasonheads. Also a big fan of Softube Tape Echoes lately too. Like dvdrtldg said I grabbed it on the cheap, hard not to like! I don't have the AudioThing OuterSpace but that update looks really nice as well. Peace! ...

Re: Slate VSX Users?
I have them here too, was very surprised how useful they've become over the months! My advice: You don't need the VSX plug at all for tracking, right? so just finish up those guitars and track work and then only add VSX when its mix/master time. at that time you can just bump up the buffer to 256 or...

Re: Isolate Kick from EZDrummer 2 for sidechain?
absolutely doable! im on ezd 3 but im sure it's mostly the same. 1. create a new mix channel, name it Kick 2. route ezd kick out 1/2 to the new mix ch. (or whatever 1/2, 3/4, etc that you have the kick out set to in ezd mixer tab.) 3. route the parallel out (or split signal) from the bass channel to...

Re: ("AI" ) The future is here and it is dumber than you imagined
Artificial Intelligence in the not so long run will transform capitalism into either distopian Neo-Feudalism with AI robots to enforce the law of the 1% rulers -or- into a sort of Ancient Greece global πόλις where the AI replaces the slaves andin which everyone is freed from the need to work and fr...

Re: ("AI" ) The future is here and it is dumber than you imagined
ive repeated this before, but i had always hoped that NFT (its literally just a filetype, not the monkey jpegs!) would somehow beget the next MP3 - I imagined a new music file with: built-in artist rights and info, immutable provenance on blockchain, etc. (for ex: an internet where you freely post y...

Re: Fingerpicking Guitar Help Please
You could consider getting the pick that has a thumb hole that you wear. Can’t remember what they are called. a thumbpick! I never got on with them because the angle felt weird to me and required a special technique but some people love them and get a very sharp attack on their finger s...

Re: Dear Ryan Harlin
Many of us have tolerated or are currently still tolerating all the pop, techno, dance edm stuff. Real question: what genres do you want to see better represented? The tricky part on some of the music I do for these videos is that I'm doing the music quickly because I think ANY music is better than...

i really like Moises - it has synced browser and iOS app. As others mention, spleeter from deezer powers many others, and its free! i think is great learning the parts to cover songs like that. -isolate and focus on what you want to learn... -mute it and play along with THE band -mute the stupid sin...

PB still hasn't added the license to my account after 24 hrs. I know its the "season" ..but I've bought like 50 plugs from them, and don't recall ever seeing a wait like this. :| Shouldn't be the SSL servers because I purchased x-delay direct from ssl during those same 10 minutes. It will only quantize the initial note's pulse, no lengths or anything like that.
But now i wonder, perhaps this could be achieved with something like Delta? Like my patch going into Delta, etc etc..

Re: Reason 12.5.0 Released (VST3)
Working good so far. and my system is outdated.
I was going to test all the new vst3 I have, but today Im stuck just jammin on EZdrummer 3
p.s. sustain on Mimic isn't missing, it was just never there, unfortunately.
maybe because 8 slots, param. limit, etc..

I'm sold on the streamdeck. Which one do you guys think I should get?
I see they have a MK2 now, but... XL exists
whichever one I go with, something tells me I should also get their SD Pedal, and just set that to [TAB] flip the rack ?
