What did you try so far? IIRC, all you need to do is plug Matrix into Thor. MIDI from your keyboard plays Thor via MIDI, CV from Matrix plays Thor via CV. I found a clue down in the comments of the video...

Tried it and it seems to work.

In this video, he gets the Pattern sequencer to track keyboard notes (as an arpeggiator), for me it doesn't respond to note presses and simply spits out fixed pitch notes.
