thanks the different browser worked. now, i tried to upgrade cause i bought reason 11 recently but i bought it on a payment plan of 4 installments. I've finished paying them off but for some reason its saying im not eligible for a free upgrade to reason 12 or any discount except for full price ($399)

yea i thought it could be but why would it only happen when i close/re-open the project ? then i reset the cursor to the beginning and it goes away...
