Another Balance thread....I know... If by any chance, any Balance owners checked the Clip Safe feature? It seems that it doesn't work on Reason 11... Meter/Tuner button also doesn't work. I don't have Reason 9, but I'm pretty sure that it was working fine on 9.5. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Apparently it works up to 10.4. The Authorize button is missing next to Balance on mine, because I own Reason 11.

I got a response from Customer Support. The Balance can not be used as an Ignition Key on Reason 11.
It's discontinued and no longer supported.

I've tried Windows & MacOS using different browsers, hoping that this would be the issue with the Balance Authorization. Unfortunately nothing works, so as tiker01 said that it's not possible any more.

I really hope that it is just an Authorizer app issue that it will be fixed
