Yeah... I can't even upgrade my Reason 11 to Suite. It says "Not available to this account." And then, on the page it says that I'm running the wrong version. Btw, I opened my support ticket 19 hours ago, and still no reply. Does it usually take this long? Or are they receiving a lot of support tick...

I did a completely new install of Windows 10, and I still have the same problem.
