Re: Nektar Panorama Remote Maps Thread
I'm still somewhat new to Reason so I am not sure if this is a Nektar thing or not. I have an instance of U-HE repro running in it. I am not using Nektarine, but it still maps a lot of the relevant knobs, which is awesome. So I hit automate and made a lane for Filter cutoff, so I can work the knob ...

Re: Nektar Panorama Remote Maps Thread
Hi, I am wondering, I have a little LX25+, and having issues with Syntronik, it has no automation control at all and thus fully relies on MIDI learn. However I can only assign cc1 to the modwheel, all else is unresponsive. I guess that is because a 'map' lacks for this device... I was wondering if ...

Re: Studio One Pros & Cons
I have studio one open right now as I do my session work in it. It's never been a great app for me when it comes to writing music but I love it for editing. I like the stability and fast creation in Reason a lot more than Studio One when it comes to making my own music. When it comes to recording on...

Re: Nektar Panorama Remote Maps Thread
Thanks, it worked! That is awesome. Just using the knobs to dial in synth and effects and then automate them is amazing. Its so much faster than any other DAW I have used. You can also add the Nektar as Other Keyboard then lock the Nektar to the effects and the Other Keyboard to the instrument so y...

Re: Dropping the Weight
"Cubase has a randomize notes feature that allows you to generate and discover happy accidents that can boost creativity when you're having producer's block" You already have this... It's called Alter notes and it's available in the tool window! I keep saying this here... Learn and don't forget to ...

Re: Nektar Panorama Remote Maps Thread
Thanks for the offer but I am not going to pursue the self mapping route. Too much head scratching for me. I have just been in touch with a guy from Nektar who suggested a new update should be coming soon which should satisfy my needs. I’m looking forward to it! You can use Nektarine in Reason.. Wo...

Re: Dropping the Weight
I clicked on the Cubase 10 link and the comments section was a lot of Cubase users complaining about the DAW's new features.

Re: Reason 11 Available
Quick praise in the midst of some complaints - My god, Parsec is such an awesome synth!! If this was hardware, people would be all over it. Honestly, just having this plus the classic Reason synths is an enormous value. I love the sounds in this thing, plus it's such a simple interface to use. I bel...

Re: Reason 11 Available
I just got R11. I have the demo ver 10. Is there way to import my settings, like my favorites folders in to R11? So far R11 looks like it is brand new and Ill need to reconfigure it all.

Re: Announcing Reason 11
Cool; thanks! To be perfectly frank, if I was choosing a new DAW today either Live or Bitwig would work great. When I purchased Bitwig in early 2018, Live was still at v9.7 and a year later v10 and v10.1 fixed lots of my issues with it and added tons of functionality. They've really stepped up thei...
