I just downloaded the Inspiral Trial and it took 20+ min for the licenser to update my license data. Normally it is less than 1 min. When starting R+ another 20 min to synchronize. I had to deauthorize my PC to make R+ work. This means REASON only works online. But the CodeMeter thing is still active. I tried this: Went offline and REASON works with my Ignition Key as R11 Suite. Going online it is R+ again immediately. That is some kind of switching between R+ and R11 Suite, I...

To me deauthorizing my computer solved the issue.

I had the same problem here. (R+ not active)
Deauthorizing the PC was enough to make it work.
No deinstall of CodeMeter was necessary.
Now R+ runs with active CodeMeter instead.
