Reason is still the King when it comes to giving you the closest hardware experience in software. And for sound design, the Combinator is hard to beat. Only if the RRP would allow VSTs and stock devices from other DAWs!!

I've been playing around with this release for a few hours this morning on a Mac mini M1. So far this release has crashed about 4-5 times. Never experienced crashes like this before. Pulled the trigger on R+ for another year. Almost didn't. I was so disgusted by the over the top propaganda of VST 3 support, a feature every other DAW addressed years ago. But Ryan's videos always manage to suck me in.
