MIDI program change commands don´t work in Reason. It´s not only a Reason Rack Plugin "issue". I always wondered why, but it seems to be intentional like it is w/ most VST3 plugins too. In VST3 SDK, MIDI program and bank change commands are sacrificed for whatever developers thought/think is "better".

If you use the Ignition Key, it means it can be plugged into any machine, irrespective of the motherboard or CPU combination, and the license will work. That's the whole point of a dongle, it decouples the license from your hardware - the dongle becomes the license. Correct,- AND ... the licence do...

Midi tracks don't have volume, they have midi notes and velocity...

Read the MIDI specs.

MIDI CC#11 = expression
MIDI CC#7 = volume (MIDI channel)

It´s possible to realize complete mixes in MIDI environment.
