Update : when I use my Roland MC-707 as a master clock. Reason is stable.
So something (on my laptop) is making the internal clock unstable when playing back a reason project.

Re: Reason tempo issues (not stable)
Does this also happen on an exported audio file? If so it would be something that's related to the Reason song file/session and not something that is caused by some other task causing a delay. For settings: Check if Hyper-threading is on in preferences and if it is try to turn it off. Unfortunately...

Reason tempo issues (not stable)
Hi, Recently I have noticed I am having issues with Reason and glitches in the tempo (not being stable). My situation: Dell Inspiron 15 7577 Windows 10 64b Reason 11.4 Roland MC-707 as interface (ASIO driver) How I test I'm running a Redrum pattern of 1 bar 115 BPM. No effects. I'm recording this on...

Re: Latency + windows solved.
What was so bad about the Rubix? Incoming audio had a lot of latency. It was too much to use the Reason monitor signal (and I had to rely on the dry direct monitor mix). Plus the phantom powered signal was noisy. I could live with both, but I needed more inputs so found a good reason to invest in s...

Latency + windows solved.
I know there is a lot going on when it concerns latency and I finally have found a solution that is working for me. Buy a Focusrite Clarett 4Pre USB audio interface to replace my Roland Rubix 24. It is an expensive solution, but I now have latency that is not noticable. (my guess is that the 2 versi...

Re: Jump to next block
This is an old thread, but for the sake of 'discoverability' I will add a video of the 'scenes' mode with the Panorama series (Nektar)

Jump to blocks / markers 'on the beat'
Now I know Reason was probably not made with live performing in mind (like ableton). One of the biggest omissions being the lack of an 'easy' way to jump to certain positions in you song and loop them. The other day I did find out my Nektar Panorama T4 has a 'scenes' mode that is sort of a start in ...

Re: Behringer X-Touch
We also have the X32 also for gigs, and they are said to have the same motors.
I guess it is just with the automation that it really sounds so loud.
I'm mixing a song right now and don't hear it that much.

Re: Behringer X-Touch
Do you perhaps have a mic pointed directly at the X-Touch? No, but the cam was pretty close to the X-Touch and there was very little sound other than the X-Touch motors. That was actually how I intended it to be. In 'real life' you will have your monitor sound too and it won't be as evident. I can ...

Behringer X-Touch
The other day I bought a Behringer X-Touch to use with Reason (mainly to control the SSL mixer). I made a short post + video about my experiences so far. http://www.tricks-and-tips.nl/music-production/using-the-behringer-x-touch-with-reason Let me know if you have questions about it! It really has b...

Re: Behringer X-Touch mini Remote mapping
Very nice job!
I'm considering making remote mapping for the Behringer Motör, but (so far) have zero experiences with this.
Where did you start the process?
Thanks in advance,
Peter

Re: What features are REALLY necessary for Reason 11
Does Propellerhead even read these suggestions? Yes, we read most things. :geek: For fun I took the opportunity to go through this thread and list all things that are, in your opinion, REALLY necessary for Reason 11. It's quite the long list of really necessary things. Pretty sure I can't pr...
