I was told that Reason 12 won’t support M1 natively at launch but it will at some point. Hopefully shortly after.

Save your own template with your favorite settings and load it at startup. I believe everything is saved on a per-file basis, which is good IMHO

Its a step backwards. That was never the case in previous versions.

The "Browser" window forgets the sizing every time I open Reason. In the first attached image, that is how its supposed to be. Its even set as part of my template.
