ForReason12, If you personally had to shop for a laptop, what would you get and why?

I just bought an upgrade from reason 4 to 12, thought I'd take advantage of the sale and save a little coin. But I'll need a new laptop for it and was wondering if I can hold off on registering it for a few months. Looking to save up for a better laptop than what I'd presently be able to afford.
