Sync All doesn't seem to be working like it used to? At least for me, i need to select the things I want to download, and physically add the free updates, or click Update on the My Products page.

I've never seen it round up. But it seems to remember the change, and it will calculate it to future things, so if you only earn .75, you will get 1 point cause you had a .25 in limbo

I think it does keep those partials, and will reward it once it gets to a whole point. Sometimes I've spent less than two points as example but will get 2 points, cause my previous purchase had more than the 1 point I got. etc... noticed it many times, so I am fairly confident that is the case.
