It just stays on the "waiting for the audio to play" dialog, when I was already playing the track

I'm testing if iZotope Neutron 3 Mix assistant, but for some reason, even with playing audio or signal, the mix assistant still "waits for audio to play". Weird. Is anyone experiencing this?
