Re: Voxengo Span VST3 and multiple inputs
From Span user guide: Even though in some audio host applications (e.g., Ableton Live) SPAN in VST format exposes 8 audio inputs, it does not mean it can display more than 2 spectrums at the same time. Please consider using GlissEQ or SPAN Plus if you would like to perform cross-track multi-spectrum...

Re: Reason en Loopcloud 7
I have an subscription of loopcloud 7. How does this work with Reason. 12? How can I drag in, some tracks/samples in Reason? How do I get the Loopcloud VST plugin? Where can I find that plugin? You should have 4 loopcloud VST's under Instruments in the browser, automaticaly installed with loopcloud...

Re: Mute Track - but leave midi in open
Any way to mute the midi note lane only - preferrably by an external controller - but leave the instrument midi in open? Goto Options->Additional Remote Overrides->Target Track Mute->Edit , if Learn from control surface input is active, any input from midi controller should work. Or open the mappin...

I am trying to learn writing my own Remote Maps (or Codecs), the info I got was : 1. Re: Triggering an Snap Heap LFO from Reason
That worked - thank you. Or at least something along those lines. One-Note Stand Note Out to CV1 on Combinator. CV1 mapped to Snap Heap Macro 1. Macro 1 mapped to LFO trigger. Works like a charm (excepts it's pretty horrid that the on/off signal is going to a knob). Also easy enough to get working ...

Re: Triggering an Snap Heap LFO from Reason
Thanks for that - I've tried the 'never trigger from note on' but that just lets it cycle on it's own regardless of what, if anything, is playing. The 'always' trigger works, but of course refires for every note. I need something like a 'trigger once' option. Or, to be able to send specific note da...

Re: Gates to notes
Thank´s, did not know CVPT transmits default values, never tried it without connecting gate and note as a pair.dmitrijsorokin wrote: ↑17 Jan 2024
Connect 16 gate outputs from Propulsion to CVPT. Then get 16 cv+gate, starting from the note C1 36.

Re: Reason authorization (sorry for the laziness)
I’ve answered this question many times myself over the years but I’m tired and things have changed and I thought maybe someone wouldn’t mind helping me out so I don’t have to go searching on RS. I just got a laptop. Hate laptops. I’ve got Reason 12 on my desktop pc and registered for offline use. T...

Yes, if you connect the cv1 (or other static cv value) from propulsion (or other source) to "note" on CVPT.

Re: Automation problem, auto populating on every track/project.
To show the pitch bend automation lane, select the track in question and go to the top where the "manual rec" button is located. On the right you´ll find the "track automation lane" menue, unfold it->Performance->Pitch Bend. Are you hearing a pitch bend happen? As the thing you have encircled in the...

You mean well , and thank you for your reply. I'll try your option. And one more question - in your example : the actual mapping for a rotary could look like this - Rotary 1 controls the Filter in all oscillators at once or only in the Osc you are currently set to? Only the osc it is currently set ...

As I dont have neither the X-touch mini nor the ComboB3T my help maybe a little bit limited. You can set up two buttons to switch up and down the groups and make use of different ...

Re: Latency requires breakout box audio card?
Hi. I managed to get the thing going and hooked up to my other gear and speakers - but at the moment I think I've made a mistake buying the Focusrite. If I increase the buffers, the quality or reduce the sliders to anything less, playing the piano sounds awful. With my specification of laptop (abov...

Re: Grain position only goes halfway?
It def works by plugging a matrix cv out into Grain CV1 input. It'll scrub the whole way. You can at least see what's gone wrong then plug what you like into it. OP is trying to move postion, not startposition, as I understand it and he is right that in freeze mode it only moves half way. Thats why...

Re: Grain position only goes halfway?
Yeah trying to connect a CV control to Position by any means that I can think of will only ever move through the first half of the sample. This includes simply using the Grain mod matrix to connect source Mod Wheel at amount 100 to Position Every other mode than "Freeze" is doing what you asked for...

Can make sense to have the modulations synced. Exactly. I think for that purpose alone I would be interested in such a Rack Extension. It would make things a lot faster and easier. Take ShapeLFO as an example and make it a player. Would be very handy I think. Maybe something like this one?: https:/...

Re: can Mimic export separate individual slices as wav? - how to master them separately
You can still copy the long original sample to all slots, switch to Multi Slot and adjust the start/end makers to exactly one slice per slot. This way you can use multi out without changing notes. You will still have to double mimic for 16 slices and rearrange the notes for the second mimic (the sec...
