This brings some serious filtering goodness into your rack
I strongly recommend to use it with CV modulations because all parameters sonically respond to CV modulations very well. Superb expressive filtered sound can be achieved.

Re: Synchronous Update
Check out that black void around the Malstrom ... 2 years, still not fixed .. (Layers REs too) This is really sad how many graphic design glitches occur by introducing Reason 12. I saw o lot of screenshots showing various misplacement, blurriness, missing parts, etc. Overall design of Reason stock ...

Re: Browser's auto defocus - driving me crazy !
I am starting to think that this crazy browser behaviour is some kind of intended punishment for us, Reason users  . It seems that it will never be fixed because it's still ignored even we have Reason 12 version. It's absolutely beyond me, how Reason could be released with this browser malfunct...

Re: RRP Request : 2x Width Option
It is "resizable" in the sense you can adjust zoom settings, however you are limited to just one rack column, which is a huge bummer. But if I use just one small device inside rack, the Rack plugin window will always get full height with empty and wasted space doesn't it ? Ability to adapt the wind...

Re: RRP Request : 2x Width Option
What ? That plugin rack window is not resizable and it doesn't offer rack columns ? How could they released this product without this basic and necessary functionality ?

Re: Reason 12.7.4 Release Notes
In total I don't see much to be agitated over. In comparison to removing the Line6 amps that's a really minor thing even for creators of Refills. Yes, If you know where to find your 1 patch which should be fixed because of this. But Imagine you have huge library where dozens of Europa patches were u...

Re: Reason 12.7.4 Release Notes
Patches made in "bug-introduced" version will sound different in all subsequent Reason versions Who told you that? The release notes do NOT say that patches created with that version would sound different. I just assume based on Release notes. So output of Europa is not always louder when dist is u...

Re: Reason 12.7.4 Release Notes
So backwards compatibility has not been broken. Patches made in "bug-introduced" version will sound different in all subsequent Reason versions. Also patches made in versions earlier than "bug-introduced" version will sound different in "bug-introduced" version. This patch inconsistency will remain...

Re: Reason 12.7.4 Release Notes
The fact that the latest versions of Reason can introduce bugs into the old devices worries me. I thought that there is no reason to touch the device's sound engine code at all when implementing other DAW new features and changes. But if this happens and bugs occur in older devices, it means that p...

Re: GClip Waveshaping Clipper in the shop!
In the past I saw this only as useful device for excessive peaks prevention but using it as a distortion device works very well too. I like distortion it produces in heavily clipped synth source. Only thing I miss is a post gain / master out control for volume compensation. But I really like that it...

This button takes nearly entire browser window space on the desktop. It seems the new website shouldn't be visited on the desktop browsers anymore.

Re: Amalgam FM / Substractive synth released
I've encountered a situation where Echo FX is not engaged into the output although it's set via the "intensity" knob: amalgam-synth2-alt.zip Touching the "intensity" knob will bring echo back to the sound. Resaving patch without the touching this knob does not help. But resaving after the knob touc...

Re: Pigments 5 Update
Something is messed up in this update because some patches from previous version don't sound the same. Initial phase of the sound varies much more dramatically each time the note is pressed, so random clicks / thumps at attack phase is noticeable. I was always happy for Pigments update but this time...

Re: Arturia Offers FREE Efx Refract Multi-Effect Plugin Until January 4th
Wooow, it sounds very tasty !...I LOVE IT, it's superb device. Very creative and simple to use effect which can add really nice magic and organic feel to the original sound. Wide range of possible timbre modification is possible and it's fun to use ...well done, Arturia.

Re: What are your plans RE-wise for Black Friday?
is there any use in getting VK-1 when I already have VK-2, and also the Legend and Morningstar (which is in the same league tmo). VK-1 sounds different. It is more suitable for dry, raw "analog" synth sounds...VK-2 sounds a little bit softer and it can be processed further by very lush sounding int...

Re: "Black Friday Week" sales have begun in the Reason shop!
So if I buy any RE now and install it via Authorizer (which still works for me, I don't have the Companion), it will break my offline authorization (reason 10 here) permanently? Am I understanding this correctly? Make backup of the whole RE folder. But the question is, if replacing new/actual RE fo...

Regarding the users of R11 and below...to avoid that stupid login popup everytime when Reason starts I haven't purchased any new RE after the date of offline authorization removal. I have also backup of my whole RE folder. Question is, if the download of the new RE will rewritte my offline licenses ...
