Instead of dual booting you could use a Windows VM. As this kind of DJ mixing is not relying on real-time low-latency it should be OK doing it in a VM. yeah I'm not gonna risk it just for an outdated unsupported software! Did you try clicking on the Automation Override button? For reasons unknown to me, you are supposed to either hit stop again or click on the green Automation Override button if lit (after recording automation). Worth a try… yeah, first thing I tried. click that to reset it....hit stop and went back...

Yes output from headphones and I use the midi out device in reason for sending midi to the iPad over network, there is a lag but it can be easily aligned once recorded. I've just stumbled across this plug-in.....I'm not much of a VST user either....I take it this won't work WITHIN Reason (cos of the no VST3 rule)...but....it runs as a standalone too? or I could just grab the audio from running through another DAW and import into Reason later?
