Looks like a great device with the potential for adding movement to tracks.

Re: Sending Demo's to Record Companies.

What is a demo? You need to be established as an artist IMO. That doesn't necessarily mean having thousands of social media followers but you need to be a finished product with confidence in what you're doing. Kill your darlings, put more work into your craft, write more songs and proceed without ex...

Re: where do you spend most of your time?

I do a TON of processing. I guess post rock is more effects heavy than a lot of rock genres—not really sure though, since I barely know what it even is (people have told me that’s what I do, and I guess I must trust them 😆). Yeah I guess context is needed. There can be boring, sterile techno or my ...

Re: where do you spend most of your time?

I love mixing and processing things more than actually writing music to be honest. When they added the spectrum EQ to the rack I had a taste of happiness. Having plugins now is like a whole slice of cheesecake. Bonus Answer: I like to make techno-oriented music that is really straightforward and I'd...

I like dat...sick stuff.. Thanks! I need to keep better track of your other work on my computer. Thanks for the compliment. I need to keep better track of my own stuff and already lost an idea of what I've done this year so far. I figure one track per week minimum = 52 tracks this year and my memor...

Before arrangement. Shorter bounces = smaller file sizes and less wasted time. No sense in bouncing a couple hundred bars of something that repeats every 8 or 16 bars.

Re: Cooking in the Tomb

I would have liked to see you handle some cheese. 31:32 is the glorious cheese-handling moment. cheese.jpg I forgot to add something to my Youtube comment but I'll just add it here. You are pissing in the wind with adding water to your meat pan. It is good to keep a carton of broth in the fridge fo...

Nice to see you branch out as I suggested in the recently locked thread. I only give a few thoughts as to how I would make improvements for myself although if you're happy paying three dollars for that then more power to you.

Re: anybody wanna split a masterclass.com timbaland course?

at this point, it seems clear no one is too into timbaland either on forums or irl, i think i'll just buy the damn course and justify it as self-care edit: i keep trying to edit this to not make it sound like i am being snotty, but i can't. just believe me that i mean the wine comment in a "i know,...

lol, i actually religiously follow ramsay's youtube channel. i have to say i am able to make a pretty mean beef wellington at this point. I've only watched clips so you're ahead of the curve. Maybe we can go havlsies on James Suckling teaches Wine Appreciation. I could use a little more sophisticat...

Re: anybody wanna split a masterclass.com timbaland course?

I think I saw a promo for buying an all access pass to everything. That would be more bang for your buck than expecting real value from something more like infotainment. Buy it for something you're not already doing like cooking with Gordon Ramsey. No offense to your cooking skills but I know some o...

Re: Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. Next is Whatsapp.

I go through phases of deactivation when I get tired of everybody's bullshit. Living in your own little world is one thing but keeping up with (musical) current events including music groups is another aspect that I'd rather not write off completely.

Re: anybody wanna split a masterclass.com timbaland course?

Plus the Timbaland sound is no longer in fashion. Just checked Wikipedia and he has production credits for working with eighteen different artists in 2018. I'm not sure exactly what that entails but he's definitely still in the mix of things. The masterclass preview pretty much summed everything up...

Re: Don't Pretend You're Not A Monkey (Techno)

Wicked sick tune man, very pleased with this. Nice no-nonsense hardcore rhythm, with some psy-synth soundscapey stuff on top. I feel both of our styles have merged perfectly with this one. Thanks! It is nice to take a break from the live video mania and try some techniques. Your psy-pad plays very ...

Re: Will lowering prices do the trick?

Maybe. If I could see the prices without having to click on the buy now link which takes me to PayPal. Doesn’t really matter as I’ve already got the majority of them. The PX7 ones I haven’t bought yet as I don’t have PX7...but I no doubt will. Anyway, just a suggestion :). I bought the PX7 Refill f...
