What we did was, we went back 365 days, and took all the points that should've been expired, and added those to your accounts as an adjustment after the bug fixed rolled out, which removed those points from the active balance. The upgrade used to earn 20 points (which was an exception to the 5% rule). Is that no longer a thing? I don't see it mentioned on the rewards page any longer.

Well said… Once you have EARNED your ‘Rewards Points’ they should be your property to use when you want… You shouldn’t be held to Ransom into making more purchases to kept your existing Points / Property alive… This is just complicating the issue all over again with time-scales… It's a Business Mod...
