Re: Apple M2 Studio stupidly powerful, M3 will be ridiculous

Still ordered a Ryzen 7840hs machine with 32gb ddr6400 and 2tb ssd, for the price of slower 8gb 512gb MacBook Air 1350€ My new notebook is on par with the m2. Pro chip what I’ve read. I was hard thinking to buy a Mac, but the delicatessen prices for upgrades are cheekiness….2tb ssd upgrade 920€ But...

Re: Spring Break Sale

How TS-1 Time Slider works to modificate the vibe of several recorded tracks, still not so happy to change the starting points of sampled loops in our rehearsals the last weeks in the sequencer.
100ms looks not so much, how are your experience with TS-1?

Re: Good Speaker Monitoring for Mix and Mastering or Sound designing

Hmm a 8inch speaker at 6m2 seems to big, at all I still have now a musicroom half of your size and my 5inch Eve SC205 monitors are more than enough maybe to big, but for mixing I use a 8inch diy Sub with 60watt sinus power (Portokasse Sub8) and that’s still to much for my tiny room, so this sub is ...

Re: New from Kuassa: Vibracula, Rotarion, Ringmojo, Omnivibe

Vibracula and Omnivibe sounding really nice, really flashed by the soundscapes this two effects can produce. I'm really thinking about buying both of them and I don't want to buy anything else… but I’m not sure yet … Vibracula reminds me on some of Radiohead guitar sounds and Omnivibe give...

I bought an Audient ID4 MKII,
In a sentence, it's brilliant!
It provides more than enough headroom for my headphones( AKG K701).
They perfectly match.
Glad to hear, that your happy with your new interface

Double post on my way at home sorry, the thing with the timeout or whatever the problem is, when your editing the text on a mobile device  and at least I´m not allowed to delete it :( I´m not interested to promote a especial company, but some newer cheaper china oem interfaces are not the yel...

Re: How to choose a good Sound Card

A big step up from your Presonus Interface would be a Audient Id14 mk2, what I owned and what’s now my brothers Interface. It’s has really nice preamps and Converter quality is on par with my RME FirefaceUC, the preamps sounding better with my SE 2200t tube mic than the RME ones. The driver and virt...

Re: Softube VCA Compressor Free!!

So first try, Synapse smachs the VCA, when I turn settings close to each other, Synapse sounds more musical and produces lower heights compared with the softube, the multicomp is more on par with the Re-160 model. For free it´s okay, but for xx money it´s totaly overpriced ;)

Re: Push Two (tribal melodic techno) what do you think

Thanks for your reply, A the bassline gets boring with the time accept and like somenone told me it needs more drumbreaks,
das mit dem unaufgeräumt geb ich dir recht, iss aber auch ein bissl Absicht, wenn der Track als Übergang von House nach Techno beim auflegen fungieren soll

Re: What are your plans RE-wise for Black Friday?

In my opinion, S73 is the best sampled Rhodes out there. Maybe better than Rhodes' own offering? 👀 It just sounds incredible and feels so real. The regular price is a steal, the sale price is no-brainer. There are many REs that make me wish that there was an empty, free version of the RRP, because ...

HoRNet ElliptiQ free for the next: 000 Day : 10 Hrs

https://www.hornetplugins.com/plugins/hornet-elliptiq/ HoRNet ElliptiQ is an elliptical equalizer, this kind of tool is a very special case of equalizer that has its root in the vinyl cutting era. A tool like this is needed because if the bass frequencies goes in anti phase or the difference between...

Nothing, only bought retouch´s ToneRows now for more fun with my launchpad mk2 and grid64g for live and jam usage, if the usb midi connection of grid64g with the lauchpad works stable, what could be different sometimes, especial after a usb power was down after inactivity and so on....
