Very interesting, and I think I like the idea of square vinyl, as for the question it's more a thought than a goal. What would you choose. DIY or outsource?

If I ever release a vinyl, I would outsource for sure. The DIY seems like quite the investment and would probably not end well for me.

No, i have enough preamps, amps, saturation, tubes and all that stuff. And i suck in mixing sub, so everything that adds there, makes my mixes even worse

Just guessing, but maybe it is not an either or knob like dry/wet but deals with the increase or decrease in feedback relative to the source signal? No idea why it would be 139 rather than any other number.
