A general rule of thumb I always follow is not to pigeon-hole myself in what I find to be "interesting" in the moment... perhaps a day may come when you will want to experiment around with a few of the "uninteresting" devices, and as a result, find new inspiration.

One thing I've done is to have track focus on Thor and to record automation into the track on the fly by switching between repeat/one shot/off for the step sequencer... I've also done the same method for reverses/random stepping as well.

I have so much love for this device... have already done a few quick tracks in fully random mode (click the dice 7 times, attach whatever to wherever, and let it fly).
